Holding a Master's in Social Work and Human Rights, Santhosh began in hospital social work, helping people through challenges. He then focused on nursing for the elderly and disabled, valuing compassionate, skilled support.

His motto: “We don’t just fill shifts; we build lasting relationships.” Santhosh believes in forming bonds where patients feel valued and supported.

As a dad of three, Santhosh values family and brings this dedication to 24Care, ensuring everyone gets personalized, reliable care that enhances their lives.

Amanda is a highly experienced and dedicated Nurse Care Manager at 24Care Nursing. She brings over two decades of progressive nursing and leadership expertise to her role. 

Now, at 24Care Nursing, Amanda is recognized for her exceptional ability to connect professionals and foster strong teams. Her expertise in pairing nurses with managers ensures smooth teamwork and high-quality care across the organization.

Starting her career as an Enrolled Nurse in 2002, Amanda went on to earn her Bachelor of Nursing, later becoming a Peri-operative Nurse Educator for an ACORN-accredited program. Her dedication to both clinical excellence and compassionate care is an asset.

Amanda has held several senior management roles, including Assistant Director of Nursing for Justice Health Services in ACT and Assistant General Manager at a privat aged care facility. 

She has a hands-on approach to leadership and a deep commitment to building effective healthcare teams.

Ken is the person who makes sure 24Care Nursing runs smoothly every day. With lots of experience in healthcare administration, he handles everything from scheduling nursing shifts to ensuring our support staff provides top-quality care.

Ken is known for being hands-on, detail-oriented, and a great problem solver. He works closely with nursing teams to make sure patients get the best care at home, in the community, or in our special care settings.

“I want every participant to feel supported throughout their journey,” Ken says. “Our team is here to provide care that truly changes lives.”

Having felt lost himself, Ken is passionate about helping others find their way and get the support they need, ensuring no one feels alone.

He works as a roster manager, skillfully managing schedules to keep operations smooth. Nikhil has seven years of management experience that have sharpened his leadership and interpersonal skills.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Information Technology – so he really knows how to make systems work beautifully for clients.

His commitment to helping nursing staff get exactly what they need, on-time, every time is something we are all inspired by.

Nikhil is always available help - friendly and easy to talk to. That makes him popular among nursing team members and client stakeholders alike. When he isn’t setting up rosters and tweaking them to perfection, he loves people, sports and the great outdoors.
